This service is based on a ticket system. Each ticket corresponds to a single incident or question but can be the subject of several exchanges between the customer and the support team. Once the incident or the question is considered solved, the ticket is definitively closed.

Four types of professional support plans are proposed: the Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum plans. All plans have a common set of characteristics that we present below, in comparison with the community support offered by the Restlet open source project.
